Is credit load ever taken in account by medical schools? Will taking twenty or twenty one credits a semester impress them?

I have never heard that credit load is a factor in medical school admissions. I really don't think they'd pay any attention, let alone be impressed by it. They might notice if you take substantially less than typical number of classes though.
