hi

i'm a six'th year medical student in Israel, and thinking about applying for a residency program in psychiatry two years from now. Apart from all the neccesary paperwork and exams, I have no idea how many such positions are open for foreign medical students, and how practical
it would be to try.

Okay, I don't know the answer to this but some one must! This Post is over 18 months old, and no answer? Come on some one help the guy out

Hmm...that means he is probably applying to residency programs now - we should ask him the answers

Anyway, I did a quick search, and found this excellent page for foreign medical graduates. That should at least give a good start.
