Is it possible to get into mEdical school with a 3.2 GPA? I'm a biochem student, and its very hard to keep the GPA high

I have known people with 3.2 GPA's who have gotten into medical school. I've also known people with higher GPA's who didn't get accepted. Other factors include MCAT scores, undergraduate school, letters of recommendation, etc.
