At what point do you know if you're smart ENOUGH? Is acing the science prereq's or simply the MCAT score u receive the best indicator?
I'm smart, i think. Genius, certainly not. I do have an above average intelligence, but I'm going to guess that isn't enough to cut it for med school.

Yeah... if you can get in, the medical school apparently thinks you can do the job. It is then up to you to bust yer butt and make it happen.

Med schools do not seem to be in the business of "weeding out" a certain percentage of their first year class, as is often apparently the case in law school.

Thank heaven.

(That isn't to say that you can't flunk out of medical school, though... hence, the 'bust yer butt' admonition above!)
