How many years of residency is it for an internist? How many hours a week?

Internal medicine is a 3 year residency. I'd say most residents average over 60 hours per week, but there is now a limit that you can't work more than 80 hours per week. I'm not sure how much that has effected residencies overall, but I'm sure it's having an impact.
