Medical Education US

im a student frm india.who wishes to do medical here.i have already got into a medical school in india n i have completed my first year. is it possible 4 me to get into med school here if by jus writin an entrance? or do i have to do undergrad and get a B.S degree..first?can you please let me no the options open to me? to do medical here? in the united states of america?
