I am a 2yr college student with 3.3 gpa. I am going to transfer to University as a junior next semester majoring in Cognitive Science.I like to know whether my community college gpa will hurt my admission to medical school even after I finish my B.S with good gpa. Anyone has an advice for me, pls?

Are you talking about US schools? Your grammar makes me think that you are not from the US - and if you are looking to apply to US medical schools, grammar will be an important part of your applications. It could just be your typing style though...

Anyway, as for the content of the question - a 3.3 GPA is not terrible in and of itself. If it is at a community college, though, that is a little worse. In the end, I think that if your overall GPA when you graduate is okay, that admissions boards will not look that closely at where you took your classes, especially if you do well on your MCAT. Did you take your pre-med classes at the junior college? Often the chemistry and biology classes offered at a community college will not include a lab which most med schools require. If you are taking those classes at a 4 year University, and you do well, that will reflect positively to the admission's board.
