The specific college you go to will not make that much difference unless you only want to go to a top calibre med school. In order to become a psychiatrist you'll have to:

1. Go to 4 years of undergrad college and take all of the required pre-med classes during that time.

2. Apply to and get accepted to medical school, where you'd go for 4 years.

3. Apply to and get accepted into a residency program in psychiatry - which will take another 4 years. At that point, you'll be set to practice on your own.
